Feed the Pet-Tao Way
We recommend feeding your dog one of the following two ways:
Option 1) The Canine Balanced Diet exclusively
This diet meets the nutritional needs of dogs of all ages by offering a variety of nutrients. The variety and combination of ingredients in the Canine Balanced Diet allows for superior nutrition as well as balance of energetics according to Eastern Food Therapy. This approach simplifies the feeding strategy and gives you the comfort and assurance that your pet is not only eating a variety of nutrients from different sources but also eating a diet that promotes health.
Option 2) A diet according to the season of the year
For a completely holistic approach, Pet-Tao provides diets that are energetically balanced according to the season. For example, our Summer Diet includes energetically cooling ingredients that aid animals in tolerating the heat. On the other hand, the warming ingredients included in the Winter Diet help pets tolerate the effects of colder weather. The Balanced Diet is ideal for transitional times like the Spring and Fall..
The Balanced Diet, Summer Diet, and Winter Diet are all available in Pasteurized, Raw, and Canned form. As a general guideline, we recommend feeding pets over the age of five the pasteurized diets and pets under the age of five the raw diets. The canned diets are for any age.
We are readily available to help you make the best choice for your pet! Please feel free to contact us for a more individualized feeding protocol. We will also consult with your veterinarian regarding the best diet for your pet.
